Purchased two of the Pumpkin Frappacinnos. Was very good, refreshing! Very Friendly staff.
Waited an hour for a drink to give me someone else?s that was sitting there. Rude when I told them how long I waited and said... they was ?too busy? to make mine even though they did everyone else?s behind me. Read more
Horrible service i have been here four times they dont know how to make drinks or they arenout of ½ the menu items or one... person is working and the line is ridiculous but not only that but they ring up 5 people and make you wait after you have paidinstead of preparing each customers drink? My fiance and I hit this location up very frequently, unfortunately over the last 2 yrs 75% of our visits are a waste of our 20... min drive. This location is either out of Carmel or the espresso machine is down and that is the big no nos more common thennormal service there is unable to fulfill your needs. Read more
