Enjoyed Our Night Out While in Chillicothe, OH; Appetizers: Potato Skins Were the Best I've Had in a Very Long Time! Don't Know... Why More Steak Houses or More Restaurants Don't Have. They Had Less Potato, Salty Skin, Plenty of Bacon & Just Enough Cheese.Ordered Rib-Eye Bone In with Cajun Spices & Mushrooms. Sweet Potato with Toasted Marshmallows & Carmel Flavor. Sounds Awesome,Only Thing, Had to Return My Steak, Steak Looked to Thin, Fatty, No Flavor & Oh Yes, No Mushrooms!!! After Two Drinks, SweetPotato & the Return of Another Steak Along with Wait Time...I Was Pretty Full & Tired. They Weren't That Busy When We Arrived &Almost Empty When We Left. Spoke with Waitress (Kelsey-Awesome, I Think) & Management About Returning Steak. He Was Going toCheck on to Make Sure Steak Was Coming Out. Never Saw or Hear from Him Again!!! Appetizers came out after our food. With out me saying anything at all, the manager came out and apologized, and comped them.... Wasn't a big deal they were late, but I appreciate the gesture. My steak was way undercooked however. I ordered medium (pinkand hot) and I got rare. (Red and cool) he did take my steak back and have them cook it more. On it coming out the second timeit was fine. It was an inconvenience that my wife was finished with her food before I was able to get mine. Stuff happens, theyhandled it ok. I'm used to steak houses asking you to cut into your steak to see if it's to your liking, they didn't do that,and when we finally did get the appetizers they were cold, we didn't eat them. Rolls were great though. Will not be top on mylist for a return, but will most likely go back, and hopefully have a better experience. Read more

The best steaks we've had in a long time. We would almost prefer going here than a Mitchell's branded restaurant in Columbus... for the food. Reasonable prices awesome steaks great sweet potatoes and who doesn't love the rolls and their butter! The staffwas all very nice. Great job, Chillicothe Texas Roadhouse. Read more

We love Texas Roadhouse, this was our first time dining at the Chillicothe location and it will probably be our preferred... restaurant. It was very clean (I do not miss the peanut shells on the floor, hope that stays in the past) bathrooms were cleanalso, all touch free hand-washing. Most importantly, the food was excellent, maybe the best Texas Roadhouse meal we’ve had. Itwas piping hot and the steaks were cooked perfectly. The service was great. Our server was excellent (she even complimented ourHalloween shirts and told us Happy Halloween when we left which made my day) but not only did our server take great care of us,the servers at tables around us were very prompt and polite with their customers also.
