This place is great! I love the food. However my experience 2 weeks ago and today is a huge difference. I guess they have a new... management taking over, but prices went up (that is understandable and not included my stars), but they reduced the menu tomaybe a half, seems very plain and general. I always loved the place, the food is still good, but the place is changing and nottowards better. We came there, we waited as usual, but then when we were seated, we waited 30 minutes for a server to come by.Meanwhile people seated after us where having a coffee, water, and their food was ordered. She took our order, and still nowater- we received coffees (not me as I ordered water) but never water. I had to ask another waitress to get water. Sittingoutside when is hot without water can be quite challenging, especially when you are pregnant. We received the food. When weasked for extra plate, we were told its extra 2$ per plate....what? We had to then ask for cutlery, then for ketchup, nobodycame to refill water. After that, we have not seen our waitress since then. (We spent there all together 2 hours - seen ourwaitress in first 30 minutes and then 25 minutes later with the food, after that she was gone hoping for a pie menu). Afteranother 30 minutes sitting with our plates empty hoping for a server to come by and ask how we are doing, and nothing washappening, we asked another server to get the bill, she didnt bring it and she went cleaning other tables, we went inside, paidand left. Flew in for the pie! Was definitely worth the stop. The place was very busy but they were able to accommodate my short visit to... grab a few slices. Pro tip: if you want a whole pie, you need to order 1 day in advance. :) Read more
A very nice place to come for breakfast. Lots of local folk kickin it old school and chattin it up over coffee, tea and... pie. Great line up of breakfast items. My plate was not greasy after I ate. They used real butter. Come sit back and relax,have a drink or two and watch the planes take off. Always some action on the runway. Lots of windows to enjoy theview. Friendly and polite staff. Looking for comfort food in Chilliwack. Here it is. Simple. To the point. Delicious. The steak sandwich and grilled cheese... (child at heart) with the soup, grandma would be proud. Doesn't hurt that you can catch planes flying in and out. Will be backfor thier burger! Read more

First time here and I was a bit worried as I saw they had recently changed their menu which I know caused some issues with... regulars. Thankfully though the waitress we had was very knowledgeable about the prior one and gave us lots of options that arenot currently shown. Went just before noon and although it was busy, we were seated right away inside. Ordered 3 meals(kidsand 2 breakfast meals). The omelet was great and tasty, as were the pancakes, bacon and eggs. Service was good too! My onecomplaint would be the pies. Not the taste, but the cost! For 1 piece of pie you are paying $9. They aren't massive sliceseither. This seems quite high IMO and although they both tasted good, and we will definitely go back, I don't think pie will beon the menu next time unfortunately. -1 star for that but overall a wonderful place.
