Very unfortunate. The pop was completely flat. Server replaced 3 times, finally had approximately 25% of the carbonation you'd... expect. Ginger Beef was very tough and a couple pieces couldn't cut with a knife, never mind teeth. But the sauce andvegetables were good. Kettle Chips came completely unseasoned although the menu claims they are seasoned with dill pickleseasoning. Buffalo Cauliflower was pretty unimpressive. Especially when 2/3rds of the dish was stuck in a giant clump. Soobviously they threw the portion into the deep frying then never shook it while they cooked. But how do you not notice asoftball size clump of battered cauliflower when plating? Expressed all our concerns with our server. She was nice. Though wewere shocked there was no effort from management to satisfy us. Received a full bill too, no discounts or gift cards for nexttime. No apologies or even acknowledgment from the manager that our visit was subpar. I guess they don't want our patronage andwe are happy to not go back. Read more
Worse experience ever. Chips were burnt, beef dip was a big chunk of meat no garlic aoli, they gave mayo instead of it, husband... burger came out looking like he ordered a kids fast food meal. Only good thing was the waitress was great!! Do not recommend. Read more
Server was awesome. Food was awful. Not up to the quality Ive experienced at Townhall before. Nachos were 30 bucks, barely any... meat or cheese. Tried ordering 2 entrees after. Sent them both back - first time in years Ive had to do that. Server was great.Didn't charge us for anything. We gave her a good tip. Wont be back again soon but I'll give it another shot. Read more
We ate there the Monday of the long weekend and witnessed the Restaurant Manager publicly humiliate the only working Server... there. It was busy as expected, and we were okay to wait but clearly they were understaffed and underprepared for a longweekend. Our server ran from table to table greeting everyone with a smile and keeping her calm as the restaurant filled and shewas working entirely by herself. She did very well considering it was her alone with no help. At one point we saw what weassume to be the Manager come out for barely a few minutes, and then retreated to the back not to be seen again. While he was onthe floor, we heard him say some pretty horrible things to the worker. Including questioning her on why she even needed help/whyshe wasn’t good enough to handle it by herself. It was bad enough he made her cry, but the remarkable thing is she continuedto work even after what happened. If it were me, I would have walked out. This was extremely unprofessional on the managerspart and shows he is not a good team player. Simply put; we will not support and give business to a company that doesn’t havehuman decency for their employees. Read more
