One of the few Dairy Queens around the area that serve food, which is neat but do not come here if you're hangry or in a rush to... get somewhere. Every. Single. Time I've came to this location for food for the past several years they have taken their sweettime on just a chicken sandwich and fries, and yet some of the times the food didnt even taste fresh? How does that work? Areyall in back plucking the feathers off the chickens or what? I understand it's fAn FoOd nOt FaSt FoOd but literally when I waswatching some of the workers, they move slower than molasses. I'm still giving 3 stars because 3/5 times I leave; I'm satisfied,its real hard to mess up ice cream. believe me, if I could rate this place a 0 star I definitely would. My family and I went here and ordered online so when we... arrived we would think that we would be able to just pick up our order inside because there a huge sign saying ?DINING ROOMOPEN!? but the door was locked so we had to wait in such a long line. It took us a half and hour to even get to the menu part sowe spent an hour at the drive thru. DONT COME HERE! Read more

So Chilton DQ you yet again leave us shaking our heads in amazement. I understand find staff is hard but this place has been... ridiculous. No communication with customers on wait times, messed up orders, which they wanted me to pay for AGAIN after theyhad already charged me for something THEY forgot. Then tonight they informed my daughter she has to pay extra for a singledipping sauce. ???????????????? The attitudes we've received have been inexcusable..
