Like always getting our order wrong. Small details that make a big difference. My husband is alergic to tomatoes and we always... ask for pico de gallo on the side of burrito. I started coming to this location since August 29, 2022. I have been here a total of 3 times and TWICE they have taken forever... to get my food (this last time it took 12) minutes, and they couldn't find my receipt this last time. When i went to pay, thecashier said a crazy amount $41 something or other, i had to tell him my order again (and then waited for 10 minutes plus). Atthat point when my card was handed to me, i didn't get a receipt. Then the other cashier (they switched?) Tried to hand me acoke.... I had to tell her,"That's not mine..." And she said,"Oh, what did you order?"... Repeated my order and she finally getsit right. When she is handing me my order, I asked her,"Is my receipt in the bag?" And she replied,"Yes." I check the bag outfor it at the parking lot and it's not in there. I pull around towards the entrance and walk in, " Hey where is my receipt? Forthe bbq chicken salad"? And some kid with a tablet and a black mask says,"Oh the one we took forever on? We can't find thereceipt." And started to tell me a story about this other employee, a cook, and i just walk away at this point. PLEASE GET YOURISH TOGETHER. I definitely will NOT be coming back here. This place is expensive. I paid $18 dollars for a Cobb salad and regular drink. The lettuce was wilted, the chicken was too... chewey and the avocado was already turning brown. NEVER will I go there again and Definetly would not recommend it to anyone. Read more
Best staff.. Our lunch was customized as per our requirements. My hubby has good restrictions where he can?t eat raw.As we... instructed the chef, he made a sandwich as per our requirements. Eating out is not an option for him.But the busy scheduleforced us to lunch out yesterday close to the place,we were running our errands.. Don?t miss on grilled Sourdoughsandwiches..
