No drive thru. Walk inn only. Staff of 5-6 women. Im 5 ppl behind the cashier. The lady in front orders and a unique special.... Extra ice. Extra whip. And more. Well I asked for 2 venti caramel frappes. When bk to the car to wait nc of my line plus whatsalready been ordered. Well the lady gave .75$ tip and she was given her order quick. Seeing her exit, I assumed mines was readybut no. These ladies were not on a beat. Slow to refill lids. But we have plenty of drinks to mix and prepare. I came here recently and I had an awesomeeee experience. I was met by this guy with a shaved head and he honestly made my day!... He was super friendly, offered to fill up my gallon of water with ice, first time I was offered that, and welcomed me to stay aslong as I needed to because my AC broke.
