I understand that there is a shortage of employees and that they are trying their best to make everything function properly but... there is no reason to have a bad attitude. There was one particular woman employee who was giving me a hard time. I told her mycookie was hard and she wasn?t really caring to help me or even apologize. I also asked her for crackers for my soup and shetold me they don?t give out crackers any longer. Which I?m not sure is a lie or not. How can you have a business where soup issold and not offer to have crackers? I don?t like this particular location because their employees are rude and have badattitudes. They seem careless. Slow service, the cashier made a 4 oz wild berry tea when I paid 3.89 for a large drink! To top it off they never made my... sandwich I ordered!
