I went in a little after 5pm today and there was a young man working. As soon as I paid, he told me it would be a 5 to 10... minute wait. We were the only ones in there and he spent the entire time complaining about working, having to take his break in30 minutes and getting written up if he didn't take it, how he couldn't help the other girl working because he had to do somuch. He complained about the strawberries he was cutting. He complained for our entire wait. I felt really bad for the girlthat was actually making the drinks. Smoothie was good (didn't get all of it from the blender though) and they only have paper straws now... I get it's probably a... corporate thing but the whole reason I went there is for smoothies and the straw makes it difficult to even enjoy thatanymore. I don't want to have a time limit to drink my smoothie before the straw becomes useless. Read more
