8/17/2022 my family and I ordered through drive through. We ordered the chicken nugget bundle box meal, the quarter pounder with... cheese and deluxe crispy chicken sandwich. The boy at the window gave us our sodas with coffee lids on them, he said they wereout of the regular lids that fit the soft drinks. They handed us two bags of food, as we started to drive off we noticed we weremissing two boxes of fries and we had Big Macs instead of 4 boxes of chicken nuggets. My husband went into the restaurant andinformed the girl at the counter that we were missing two fries and we had Big Macs instead of chicken nuggets. The girl askedmy husband to bring the food back in, he did. She then argued with my husband saying, you ordered the Big Mac bundle. He said noI didn?t. My husband asked for the manager, the girl said she was the manager. My husband left upset. This is the worstexperience we have had at this McDonalds. Read more
I don't know why this McDonalds has such bad reviews. I've been going here for six years now and I've never had an issue with... anything. The employees are always cheerful and trying their best to accommodate the customers. If they are out of somethingthey always try their best to give you something else that's similar. The pies are delicious and food is always amazing. Theircoffee is always fresh as well. Read more
