Ordered 18 different pizzas for the kids and parents at the Fountain Community Center. For people do not like the same items and... many kids now days have allergies to different items to pick up the large pizza s with NO LABELS or tags was told they stoppedthat 6 months ago even though the box says PUT LABEL HERE so asked can you at least write what is on what box to get theresponds DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS IN EACH BOX BECAUSE MOST YOU ORDERED EXTRA CHEESE ON TOP so already paid had people waiting so hadto take so had 18 large pizzas with no idea what I had or who I am going to KILL with the food I have just put the pizzas on thetable and had signs printed DOMINO'S DID NOT MARK AND HAD NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE. My family and I came in on a normal Thursday afternoon (6/30/22). Pretty normal customers to this Dominos. We were told our... order would be done in 30 min. Which was fine because we had some shopping to do at Walmart. We came back a little after 30 minto be told our food was going to be another 30min. That it hasn?t even made it into the oven yet. So we sat for another 30 minin the parking lot, my wife went in to get the food that still ?needed 15 min? and then she proceeded to wait another 25minutes. There were also several customers inside saying that this wasn?t normal which I could attest to. Clearly they areunderstaffed because while the wait (1 hour and 15 minutes) the food was great. I ordered a pizzas tonight and I must say Dominos in Callaway is way better, I had a simple order 2 large 2 topping pizza with... LIGHT MARINARA on it and pepperoni and beef, 24. Bucks I go to get it get home I got pepperoni...beef..onions..ham...sausage,and robust sauce, 3 of the people who was hungry couldn't eat do to sauce and allergy issues, I don't understand how hard it isto make a simple pizza, it's like them saying you get what get and be happy with it, that's a lot of money wasted since I had togo the other 3 people a separate meal because they messed up. I tried to order small pizza. My first time attempting at this restaurant. When I called got off site agent who took my order... and never said I needed to have app n never offered curbside option. I told her I was handicap and told her I needed them tobring it too my car. I arrived to find no number to contact inside. Told on sign must respond in app....I tried to downloadapp which failed. I called number from previous got clerk inside store where I was. He said "I will bring it out too you."
