Ok?for those who do not know. Do not give a mobile code and then order your food at the drive thru. I did that and come to find... out, they did not have the item I was going to get. They were out. I then said don?t worry about it and went about my day. Twohours later, I see that I was charged for something that I did not buy there. What happened was that the incompetent cashierkept my mobile linked account up, and started placing another persons order on it. So you are welcome whoever you are that Ipaid for. I hope you enjoy your cookies! I go up there and the woman pretty much admits what she did and in my own opinion Ithink she knew but did not care and went on ?working? . The only positive thing, I guess, is that the manager was veryprofessional about it and I got my refund. I usually have no problem with this McDonald?s, but this was too much. The food was burnt, undercooked, and cold. The service was very slow and staff acted as if serving people was a punishment. The... manager was quick to place blame on myself and not his staff. He made excuses as to why everything was so horrible. Just areally sad experience all the way around. Read more

I guess they can't figure out how to turn off their lights out disable their app when they close. Ordered for curbside, all... lights were on and they looked open, app took my order and money then waited 10 minutes before I figured something was up atwhich point I was informed they were closed. I don?t know who Melissa is, but she should have been put in the back to work. Once I finally got the attention of the front... counter lady, she was paying more attention to her argument with a coworker than with my order. When my order was finished, theline worker promptly brought it to me. I however had to wait til the young lady arguing about where Melissa should have beenplaced, LAST NIGHT, I finally got her attention and my beverage. Moral of the story, I didn?t pay to hear the drama, I paid forbreakfast. I assume the young lady was some form of management, but I think she would probably do better behind a mop. P.S. whenI walked out, I was greeted with a barrage of cussing by I suppose the lot attendant. Didn?t really come here for that either.Stick to the drive through, that seems to be their strength??. Big Mac now are awful it not directed at the store itself but the company they have made the patty so small and thin it taste... like dry cardboard heck there is no Grease even .... extremely disappointing pictures show the old patty your in for a suprisewhen you get your burger... Not GOOD as far as the store we waited in the hold line for 16 minutes after the line for 12 min...only one cook in the back but over staffed at pick up window waiting on large frappe so they brought the large frappe I waswaiting on to the car behind me and made me wait another 6 min crazy crazy crazy Read more

Showed up at 5 till 6. Sign said lobby was open at 5. Doors locked and employee taking down chairs avoided all eye contact. NBD.... Then an employee came up and knocked on the door to be let in, she welcomed me in. So, problem solved? No. The employee whoignored me was now giving the employee who let me in the business. She told her there was no one to take my order. I said it'sfine I'll wait. 10 minutes later, after seeing zero effort to remedy the situation, I left and went to Hardee's. I was in andout in less than 5. Why didn't I use the drive thru, you ask? The motor went out on my driver's side window, on my way to work13 hours earlier. I understand that staffing issues happen. However, post a sign, stating when you'll be able to serve customersand if one does come in, figure out a plan to either accommodate that customer or let them know how long the wait will be. WhileI was less than impressed by the lack of customer service, I place the blame firmly on management. When things are goingsideways, you need to have a contingency plan. There was either no plan (other than keep the doors locked and don't acknowledgecustomers) or the staff was not prepared to implement that plan. Either way, not a good look. Read more

It's always a pleasure dealing with the workers at this McDonald's location. They're always polite and timely even when... busy. ...on another note though, Google fix the store hours!! I've personally gone in and changed them like 4 or 5 times andit's never kept, even once I uploaded a picture of the hours. This McDonald's is not 24 hours. Read more
