We had Karl's cater our wedding November 19, 2022. They were recommended to us by a friend of ours and we are so glad we went... with them! The food was divine! From our taste testing we knew we were in for a fantastic dinner people would enjoy and go backfor seconds and thirds! You get more than your money's worth. Our guests could not say enough good things about Karl's BBQ! Afew guests who had the chicken said it was the first time the chicken wasn't dry at a wedding. We also had Ribs, Pulled Pork andBrisket (for the head table). Our sides were the Mac n'Cheese, Potato Salad, Cucumber Salad, Cowboy Beans, and Cornbread withHoney Butter. The comments rolled in! Still coming in almost 2 weeks later! People who didn't normally like potato salad or macn/cheese from a BBQ place LOVED them. The food was fantastic! Karl is fantastic and so easy going. I was happy to talk to himdirectly for any question I had. He is really prompt with responses and knowledgeable in what people look for in a cateringservice. I have been craving a good BBQ for weeks. My boyfriend and I finally went last night, and were so happy. OWEN and TOM were... extremely helpful and patient with us, despite the fact that we walked in about ten minutes before they were closing.
