This place has the best Rueben sandwich I've ever had. Then they take the leftover brisket and put it in a cheesy creamy... chicken stock with some sauerkraut and there you have it, rueben soup. Yes I recommend! BUT: the patty melt was so-so and myfriend wasn't thrilled with his chicken sandwich. It's worth checking out the rest of the menu, this is a nice place to eat. Their pie is homemade and highly regarded, but I have not sampled. Read more

Definitely recommend! Clean restaurant with a variety or indoor and outdoor seating. Staff was kind and helpful. We enjoyed... dinner during August 2022. I enjoyed the french dip with tots and their beef barley soup special! Wow so tasty! The soup wascertainly the highlight! Hit the spot! The french dip was very good, crispy bun and good flavored au jus! The tots were crispyand good as well! The rest our group enjoyed a patty melt, the crispy Asian salad, another french dip and that night's specialof prime rib philly cheesesteak sandwich. All looked delicious and we left very full and happy. We got dessert to go, a sliceof raspberry white chocolate cheesecake and a slice of chocolate bourbon pecan pie. Wow! Don't skip dessert!
