Went in to try and dine in as advertised, however all outside doors were locked and I was unable to dine in :( waited 20 minutes... in the drive thru... probably not coming back until they are properly staffed. Read more
Always 57 cars lined up in the drive thru, make your mobile order as you wait and at least give the staff a little lead time... before you actually make the window and your bonus is that the shells are intact and it is not a bag of cold soggy items by thetime you open the bag. It may be easier to just turn in off of N Franklin at the traffic signal across the street from Best Buyto enter the now difficult to navigate new patterns around the Taco Bell and new businesses around this small area now... Pluscareful leaving the entry/exit as all those who have been waiting in the line o cars for 20 minutes will be anxious to get outof the lot and there is really not enough width for an easy enter with someone else exiting... The lobby is closed, but there are NO SIGNS stating that it is closed & it DOES NOT state anything about it being closed on... their website. Very inconsiderate & unprofessional! Taco Bell has brought back the Mexican Pizza which is terrific!!! This storehas nothing but SIGNS saying they are OUT OF MEXICAN PIZZAS! They should have ordered more products & fewer signs stating thatthey are out of Mexican Pizzas!!! Extremely bad customer service all around! When I worked at Taco Bell we were simply NOTALLOWED to run out of products. If we did our manager went to the grocery store and purchased what we needed. We NEVER ran outof Taco Bell franchise products as the managers had to make sure to order properly! Read more
Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible service. Spent my hour lunch break there, they got my order wrong twice, inside was closed.... Called and spoke to a ?manager? who was rude and proceeded to curse at me, told me to the front door to get a refund and hung upon me. Went to the door, no one there so I called again and told them I was at the door for my refund. The lady who answeredhung up on me again. An older lady who claimed she was the ?assistant manager? came to the door. I handed her my food and sheasked what was wrong so I repeated myself and told her I don?t want the food I want a refund. She then got rude, slammed thedoor, cursed at me through the closed doors and told me she wasn?t refunding anything although she took the food. I called againand asked for corporate number. And the response I got was ?google it? more cursing and again hung up on. I have never in mylife had such poor service especially from managers. I can?t believe they even have jobs. Hit or miss. Ordered the nacho fries yesterday and they had zero seasoning and we?re stale. The taco and burrito that came... with the nacho fries box gave me food poisoning. BAD food poisoning. I?ve been here before and I haven?t had any issues so Idon?t know what happened. I called them and told them what happened and they said, ?all right?.
