Well, we just got into town and I Googled to see if they were open. It said that they closed at 10pm. So we thought great, ... we'll quickly grab 2 pizzas. It was 9:40pm when my husband went in. They refused him and another customer that was waiting inline because, "they were closing and they're not staying until 1am like last night". Exactly what they told us. Refused us andthe other customer and shut their lights off. I usually don't go to places at closing time, but I figured with 20 minutes wewere ok. Frustrated and disappointed in the Chubbuck location EVERY TIME. The online kiosk ordering is never running. The pizza doesn?t... taste as good as the Pocatello location. Went in tonight to order Hot N? Ready pizzas and there?s a 15-20 minute wait!! I don?tknow why this location struggles so much. I much rather make the drive over to the Pocatello location. They had plenty of staff but many were chillin in the back eating. They stuck a young girl on register who just started and... didn't help her. She kept taking order after order but wouldn't give us our pizza. So I stood in line a 2nd time with my kidsand asked for our 1 pizza and crazy bread. They were right behind her! Went in at 6:30pm on Friday. Ordered 2 hot n readys (pepperoni and cheese) and a crazy bread. They didn?t have any cheese... pizzas ready and told me that it would be 5 minutes. While I was waiting, 2-3 other customers came in, ordered and one walkedout with my order! I went to the counter and asked the cashier about it and he said, sorry?our machine isn?t working. If i come in and ask about a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and you don't have any why not tell people what you dohave ready. I ordered the extra pepperoni one because the cashier said we'd need to order. She then proceeded to hand me thepizza. Why is my question. Then she sold my friend wings without telling him he'd have to wait for them to be cooked. Evenafter they were cooked it took a worker from the back to ask what he was waiting on. Read more
