Walked in to get my order and the drive thru lady took our order : I ordered 2 small big Carl and the drive thru lady charged me... for large. They were short staffed that they can't concentrate on good customer service luck asked for buffalo sauce theycouldn't get that correct. This has happened several time. How they can hire more staff. This has got to be the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too in my life. As this is our local Carl's Jr we have tried... to give it a chance time and time again for the past 2 years. 9 times out of 10 the wait will be 15 mins to get your orderthrough drive through, even if there is only one car in front of you, also you have 50% chance your order will beright. Tonight was the last straw, I decided to go in the restaurant to potential get a better expenience. Boy was I wrong. Tostart the manager ignored me for a few minutes (no one else was in the restaurant at all). He then advised he would be with meshortly. When I was finally served I was over charged. 10 mins later I was given my food by the manager who I watched packed it.I had to request my drinks which he forgot. I then got home to find he had also no packed the French fries for any of themeals. Something is seriously wrong with the way they do things in this Carl's Jr and it need to be fixed. Read more
