The app to order food is never synch with thr items available for sale. They never have the souffle available so when you show... up to pick up your order curbside. It's surprise! We do not have your items we can give you this. If you do not want what wehave you need to get off your vehicle for a refund. Then based on their policy the company refunds you the money after 3 days.So make sure you spend your money well and dine in to avoid the frustration of not getting your money back and your items. Was super nice! The lighting is great, its quiet and homey, the dishes (as in plates and bowls) are simple an artistic, the food... was really yummy, healthy, vegan friendly, pretty to look at and it came is Perfect portions. Plus, the drinks are fresh and itsmells great inside. Its clean and well lit, the system of trash is very simple an eco friendly. We didn't have a good meal here. My mom ordered the pick two deal, Smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich with the Turkey Chili soup. I... also got pick two with the Chicken Frontega Sandwich and the BBQ chicken salad. My mom didn't want anything with milk in it forhealth-reasons and when she got the sandwich, there was barely any chicken. She said there was just ¼ a cup of chicken for ½of the BBQ chicken sandwich. Not worth the price; the amount of chicken she got should've been priced at 4-5 dollars instead.The guy we got the food from gave her chips instead and said that the turkey chili soup definitely has milk in it but in thekiosk, we wanted to exclude milk from the soup and it didn't stop us from ordering the turkey chili soup. What? My mom also gotthe the hazelnut coffee from the self-serving station and it wasn't hot plus it had a weird aftertaste. I tasted it too andagreed with her. For my ½ Frontega Chicken Sandwich, it didn't even have any basil. Not enough chicken, not enough cheese. Formy salad, it was good. It tasted fine and I liked the sauce and crunchy little chips. My mother just came out from urgent careand she was in pain and I didn't care about the missing basil because of how hungry I was. The food is decent for the price. I ordered a chicken sandwich and was surprised that the bread was not that fresh (don?t they... bake bread here)? The coffee is decent and their monthly service is also good value. The wifi is so slow, however; if you?relooking to get some work done here I would watch out for that. Read more

I ordered from this place, on their app, 4 times. First order, I went to pick it up in store and they didn?t have my order. They... said they only had half my order and could not fill the other half. They said they would refund my money for the other half.They did not. Second time, I ordered to pick up in store again, and my order was incorrect. I had to wait for them to redo theorder. At least they had the items to fill the order this time. Third time, I ordered to pick up in store, and they didn?t havemy order at all. They had to pack it once we showed up. Then, when I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong size creamcheese. They gave me a tiny individual serving instead of the tub that I ordered and paid for. Who gets a tiny individual sizecream cheese for 13 bagels?? Last, I ordered for a delivery to come to my home the day before Thanksgiving. They sent half myorder. I had to go to the store to fix it. They tried to blame the DoorDash guy for it being wrong. They said he told them Iwanted the bread bowls cut. I did not. However, regardless of the items being cut, it was still HALF the order. The DoorDasherdidn?t fill the order. I used THEIR app. The same one I used the first three times. I ordered delivery because I?m sick anddidn?t want to have to go to the store in person. Off I went though, 8:00am, to fix it. If I had waited for my husband to getoff work to pick it up, they would have been out of the items needed. This location on Broadway, in Chula Vista, is just theworst. The only good things I can say are, when they have it, the food is good and the employees are not rude.
