I believe the regular chicken was mixed with... the spicy chicken (was not cooked) and the white rice wasn?t cooked either. The 3 staff didn't have any idea where the gift cards were kept, once found, they had to call someone on the phone on how to... process it. I am so disappointed with the level of help here. More basic side of chicken order was even mixed up I ordered andI ordered 10 dumplings and when I got home there where only 5 yet charged for 10. Very disappointed and would like a manager toreach out to me. I'm so afraid the gift card will be I correctly processed.
