I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery, I was so surprised that the delivery was in less that 40 minutes. The pizzas were really tasty... and warm. I didn't ordered from here in a while because the quality of the pizza wasn't what they used to be but yesterday I wasin a hurry and ordered online and I was surprised in a good way! I will start ordering again from good old pizza hut! Read more
There service sucks.I went inside to get my online order it was supposed to be ready but the lady at the register said it was... going to be 5 more minutes so I said ok I will wait.Then 15 min pass and I asked her if my order was ready she then said yesand handed me the order.when we got home the food was cold like it was ready but she lied and said no because she was to busytaking orders at the register and didn't even bother looking fist . Everytime I go here I get bad service last time I waitedalmost 2 hours for my order.My husband didn't believe me that everytime I got to this spot I get bad experience but I proved himthat I wasn't lying.Never again, I prefer to drive more miles then to go back here . This is my absolute favorite location for Pizza Hut!!! I literally only come to this location because, not only is their... customer service on point, but the food is exceptional. Everything tasted fresh and was at a good temperature. Their pizza isalways made correctly. I have zero complaints about this establishment and I have been ordering it here for years now!!! Read more
Oh my goodness - what was supposed to be an easy and uneventful take out experience turned out to be horrible and that is hard... to do with pizza but this location is special - if you want a frisbee, this is the place to order your pizza for the family asthat's what you'll get - a pizza so hard you may lose your teeth biting into it - never mind it was cold. Totally, unequivocallythe worst Pizza Hut to order from when in Chicago. Not recommended! Read more
