An average sonic with decent service. The food is pretty good. Good for travel. Don't expect much.

The only time we ever have a halfway decent experience at this Sonic location is if the girl, Casey, is working. Drive thru AND... inside. You will wait at the VERY least, 40 minutes for your order.. whether its a kids shake or 10 burgers. Today, we had 3burgers and 1 kids shake. Waited in line for 43 minutes (yes I timed it this time). Then, after we get our food, we are told tohold one second because he wanted to make the mini size shake fresh.. cool, waited 15 more minutes, holding up the whole line.Finally, a lady came to the window and asked if we were waiting on some other food, we told her we were waiting on a kids shake(this was after waiting the 15 minutes) then she hands us a mini "shake" that was so melted the cup itself was warm to thetouch. Who ever owns this place must not care ONE bit. We always say we wont go back, but every now and then we give it achance. This will be the last lol. We did an online order around 5:00 pm and were expected to get there at 5:40 pm. Obviously they don?t start making your food... till you get there because everyone beside us we?re also here for 30 minutes waiting. This Sonic has terrible service and thereneeds to be something done about the management. Read more
