Be prepared as there could be a wait. Overall people tend to be respectful enough to eat and go. The longest I've waited has... been 30 minutes, always go for lunch. Fish and chips is my fav! Light and crispy batter, never greasy. Tartar sauce is sogood too and their burgers are one of the best. Oh, and the fries are quite yummy too! Read more
I picked my daughter up from college for a lunch date and we chose Arthur's. The food was very good! Reasonably priced. The... "cheese sticks" are the size if a Long John Silvers chicken plank. And really good! Everything we had was great! I wouldhighly recommend! Read more
First of all our waitress was great so this has nothing to do with her. I ordered cheese sticks and they were burnt with the... cheese at the bottom of the basket. I was willing to let that slide. Then they came out with my burger and that turned out badas well. I asked for medium rare and I got a well done burger. I don?t know what has happened to this place but it used to beone of the best burgers in town. Absolutely terrible, at least they offered to make another burger and not charge me. Absolutely loved this place. The atmosphere is lovey, feels like you're sitting in a garden. The onion rings, wonton poppers,... Cod sandwich all of it were amazing. The cocktails were good too. However, the brownie was not good. Read more

The food there is limited. The menu is not very diverse. The environment is beautiful outside (don't look up though). The... service is not very good. This is my most important part in ratings and it's very poor. Our waitress was not friendly and madesome assumptions that cost us time, made our experience a little less enjoyable, and when trying to get the waitress's attentionby calling the name of the waitress repeatedly and every time was ignored. I felt the need to walk up to the waitress becauseshe repeatedly ignored us when calling her name. Then she put a hand up and said "Hold on, I'll be right with you." Althoughmaybe a more friendly approach would have been nice, that was the response I would have expected when calling her name. Shedidn't seem too happy to correct the mistake from the assumption she had made. Also, our drinks weren't checked veryoften. Essentially by the way our waitress treated us, I felt unwelcomed at Arthur's. Read more
