So disappointed. I know these pretzels are good. We got two pretzels and when we got around to eating them 10 mins later, they... were both hard as a rock. Employees there did NOT look like they wanted to be there and the way the gentleman slammed the doughdown on the counter made the whole visit very unwelcoming. Come on Auntie Anne's... you're better than that. Read more

I literally just left from this place, and when I tell you the cinnamon nuggets I purchased was hard as a rock. Very... disappointed!! I couldn't take them back due to the unsatisfied order, because I had to be at work in like 20 mins. I called upthere and the staff seemed to not care and very unbothered!! Upset cause I really had a taste for them today only to bedisappointed. Swear I hate to spend my money on food and be dissatisfied with the food!!!!!!!!
