Just went for drinks the bartender Amber was FANTASTIC but one of the managers/owners came out and tried to take over... Lee was... very rude and unsanitary, she sniffed my cup before attempting to make my drink and put her hand IN my cup. I immediately askedher to let Amber make my drink because... NO!!! She was doing entirely too much but Amber "saved face" and I'm grateful all theflus and covid going around I can't take any chances with the sanitation and Lee's negative energy just through the wholeexperience off. 1st time we ate here food and service were good. 2nd time still good but less appetizing than 1st time. Our 3rd try we didn't... make it past the call to order our food. The person on the phone was so rude!! Customer service is as important as quality offood for me! Read more
Giving Blue Gibbon 2 stars, I would usually give them 5 but it's been a while since I ate here and this time I was extremely... disappointed the bathroom was dirty, the wontons in the soup wasn't done?? Is the restaurant being run by someone differentnow??? Because...the food definitely isn't the same and inside the restaurant it doesn't look the same I'm not sure if I willorder food from here again ???? been eating from here for years too...very disappointing! The restaurant is outdated and older looking from the outside. The food was fresh tasty and hot when I picked it up in 15... minutes. The lady working the front desk is very nice and you can understand her! I'd recommend you trying there way of cookingChinese. Read more
