If I could give a negative or "no" stars rating, I would. Due to our 4 differing schedules, we decided to have our Thanksgiving... family dinner on Saturday the 26th and placed an order for delivery @ 1:30pm Saturday. We ordered both Ham and Turkey, greenbeans, corn, stuffing, mashed taters, gravy, Mac & Cheese, pumpkin pie, pecan pie and apple pie. The Ham portions were small andTBH tasted like leftovers from the fridge. The Turkey was moist, but in the right light, it almost looked a little pink still, the corn and green beans were as expected from opening and serving a canned product. The gravy, stuffing and potatoes wereunremarkable with the exception of the gravy covering the turkey hid the pink tint. The Mac & Cheese was similar in that therewas nothing special about it either. The Pecan pie was ok, but it seemed old, the pumpkin pie filling had literally started toseparate from the pie crust (shrinking) as though it was dehydrated. The crust was unremarkable and I never did see the Applepie, unless the kids inhaled it upon its arrival. In short the food tasted off just a bit, almost like it had been kept in thefridge until Saturday and then re-heated just prior to delivery and while the portion of the turkey was decent, most of theother portions were small-ish, especially when factoring in enough for four people. Both Cindy and I noticed the "off" taste ofthe food, so at least I know it isn't just me. The kids didn't say anything because they are too polite to do so. As far as ournormal experiences with Bob's stores, they are generally favorable, and usually not with this particular location, but, the nextHoliday meal will be from somewhere else. Read more

11-26 I ordered the regular portion Turkey and dressing with Mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans.I only got 2 tiny slivers of... turkey ,2 tiny scoops dressing ,1 tiny scoop potatoes,NO GREEN BEANS,no cranberry sauce. My daughter got the dinner bell portionand looks like they made mine same way even though i paid over $13 . This was our Thanksgiving since we didn't eat turkeyTHURSDAY..such a let down ..even for dinner Bell at over $8. It shows 3 pieces of turkey for dinner bell not 2!! It shows 4_5 on reg portion..not 2! Also no cranberry on hers. And why so skimpy on the banana bread? This location is absolutely terriblelike most things on this side of town along glenway avenue. They always forget stuff and charge what they want. When you call inthey answer then hang up right away or leave you on hold for an hour, then when they finally answer they say they aren't takinganymore carryout orders. The rise and shine burger with 2 sides is 12.99 via ordering and menu for Glenway..when we call it inand pick it up its 14.99.. And they forgot the fried egg, honey maple sauce and cheese! It was dried out and tough. They forgotmac n cheese and fries were cold chewy pasty.. The rolls are never fresh They always forget stuff or make it the way theywant. Way over priced when you get tiny portions and they forget sides and important items that go with sandwich es anddinners. The A1 Burger they never put sauce, cheese or onions. Pot roast dip sandwich they always forget aujus, and one chunk ofpot roast and only 1 cheese.. I'd add all my recent photos but I'm having trouble uploading The chicken sandwich was so dryand tough The whole hog breakfast they forget half the items, never have powder sugar, syrup . I'm fed up with Bob Evans and thislocation. It causes fights with our family because of them always forgetting and them charging more than it says on the menu ororder via website online order. This side of town went done hill about 10 years ago. We only have f Read more

I had a 1/2 sandwich, (Turkey, bacon, on wht toasted bread) with mayo on the side. I was disappointed I didn't order tomato,... lettuce, and onion. Be sure to tell them exactly how and what you want, if you don't, you probably won't get it how you'd likeit. However the toasted hearty bread was perfect with the soften butter,(everyone is served 2 biscuits with butter, with eachorder). A small bowl of chicken noodle soup came with my order also. I finished the broth on the soup (it was a bit thin and notas thick and creamy as usual) I got a to-go cup for my noodles. I don't like waste, biscuits was frozen for the next meatloaf ordressing. Noodles frozen for the next lunch, with a L'il Knorr chicken seasoning and h2o added. The waitress was very attentiveand accommodating to us. They offer several specialty breads you can get also. Sunday lunch was just under $20 for both meals (w/$5 tip). Plenty of free parking space, and handicapped accessibility. We were quite pleased. Read more

Not enough help there. We waited 40 minutes for food. Pancakes weren't done because the cook was overwhelmed by a catering... order and couldn't keep up. The waitress ended up giving us one free meal. Read more

Delicious! Service was fast and waitress was friendly and patient with our questions. Breakfast Bowl was hot and tasty. The ham... was really good. We also got the Banana Berry Oatmeal which in my opinion was the star of our meal! Definitely recommend! Justto note, manager doesn't seem to smile if he has to seat people lol. Read more
