My kids and I have been coming here for years. It used to be fantastic, with great friendly service. Our last few visits have... turned that around. With servers that only come by to drop off food and the check, it leaves much to be desired, especially whenI have to track down people to just refill drinks. Read more
My eggs weren't cooked the way I asked for. And the biscuits and bacon weren't completely done. But I just let it go because the... waitress a young girl had already gotten yelled at by another table and was already upset to the point of where she was crying.Overall it was pretty good. Read more
Ate there today 8/28/22…ordered chicken meal.., chicken not done… told waitress…30 minutes goes by no chicken.., had... finished my broccoli and potatoes no chicken. Went to counter to ask how long … had not even started so I just said forgetit… they were laughing and giggling…so I said a few choice words told them to keep the chicken, paid for my meal and left…no apology and they forgot my bread. Placed a take-out order 8/16/22 at Winton Road location. Ordered Southwest Avocado Chicken family meal. One of the sides was... not even half full - certainly not enough to serve 4. The chicken was missing ingredients - No black beans, no roasted cornand no lime sauce and very little tomato. We have ordered this from another Bob Evans and it was very good. The food was horrible. I don't understand what happened. It used to be good food. Corn was cold and the chicken had 0 seasoning.... No salt or pepper. Someone took a chicken breast and slapped it on the grill and that was all. The meal was almost $12. The onlything I can see that they do good now is the potatoes. Even the fried chicken wasn't right. I don't know what happened but theyneed to step their game back up. Read more
