This isThe worst Chick-fil-A.Always has an extremely long wait. I work in mason west chester area with incredibly high volume of... patrons and the wait is minimal. I always regret saying yes to my daughter when she asks to come here. It becomes an EVENT. Butsadly it is the closest. Begged her to choose pizza instead simply to avoid the sluggish pace. Read more
Food was standard for chick-fil-a. Ordered on the app and was doing my usual pickup in the drive thru but the drive thru wasn't... moving at all! After a few min of not moving I went inside. Time was 930pm. Side note saw at least 5 employees working anddine in was a ghost town so lack of staffing wasn't an issue. Read more
Went in for lunch. When I pulled into the drive thru line didn't move for about 15 minutes. I was trapped an couldnt back out or... pull around. The drive thru line behind me was not only on the side street but also forming on the main road as well. Afterabout 15 minutes we moved enough for me to pull into a spot and order inside. I was the only one in line and the dining room wasjammed packed. The employees were very friendly and working as fast as they could. It took about 15 minutes to get my foodafter ordering. When I came back out side the cars that were behind me in the drive thru line only moved about 2 cars.Definitely won't be back for lunch. Hopefully dinner time is not as busy. Read more
