What?s wrong with Chipotle? Every time I come now to order food I?m advised that they are ?closed? with lots of staff standing... around doing nothing. Doesn?t matter the time of day. They also are clearly taking online orders but don?t advise people ofthis. Clearly they are no longer interested in making money. Read more
This review is for the young black girl with long black and blonde dreds (that were neatly pulled back btw). THANK YOU!! It was... very busy. I waited in line almost 25 mins for food. She was the only one in the front, both serving food and cashing peopleout. She was patient, friendly and very attentive. In fact the whole staff did a great job trying to get people out as fast aspossible, but I could tell they were short staffed. Just wanted to acknowledge good and hard workers when I see them. Simply don?t go. You will wait. I come 20 minutes PAST my pickup time for online orders? several times? and they still can?t... manage to have my food ready when I get there. Lines out the door, 15 people waiting on online orders. Brings the inability todo your job to a whole new level. Read more
I am writing this because the service quit frankly was miserable. 3 people in front of us and we waited in line for 10 minutes,... then my wife had a scannable code on here phone for a free side of guacamole and the manager tells her because it wouldn?t scanwe have to call some # to get it fixed instead of just acknowledging the coupon and giving her the Guac. Then while eating, Iwatched 2 people standing at the counter to order food and nobody served those people for a minimum of 5 minutes. I made surethis wasn?t the first time eating at this location before I wrote this. It?s very slow and the food tastes bland(polo asada). Ifyour ok with long waiting in line and bland polo asada then you will be ok eating here. I would recommend a different location.I understand mistakes and we all make them.
