Called twice about pizza now an hour late. The first time it rang through three cycles and somebody picked up the phone and... immediately hung it up. I waited 10 minutes and called back again. A guy answered and said they didn?t have a driver. The orderwould come by doorDash when a DoorDash driver took the assignment. I said I wanted to cancel the order since it had already beenhalf an hour. He said that was fine, but then said they didn?t have an order matching my phone number. The email they sentdoesn?t say what the phone number was so I don?t know if I missed keyed it. But when I said the email didn?t say what phonenumber I ordered it under he just hung up. Donatos will always be my favorite pizza. The staff were very courteous and kind and ensured our orders were correct. Pizza... tasted great like always, and their calozones are small but also very delicious. I'd come back every week if I lived in Ohioagain. I placed an order online for delivery. After waiting over an hour for my order I called the Winton location. I explained I had... been waiting over an hour for my order. The manager responded with I know we don?t have any drivers we?re not doing deliveriesonly thru DoorDash. I said your website took my order and money. He responded with I can come get it or he could refund me mymoney. He did not seem to care I had been waiting over an hour for this order. They could have called me after the order wasplaced to tell me there was an issue but nobody called or anything. They just took my money. Read more
they forgot 1 of 3 pizzas and took 2 hours to deliver them. after 30 minutes of leaving us on hold i called on a different phone... just to have the ?manager? pretty much argue with me. he tried to give us store credit to make up for it. and requesting arefund was like prying a toy from a toddler. i think he wanted us to come to donatos and do his job for him. he complained thathe would ?have to refund the whole order? and not just the one pizza but then changed his mind and gave us $16 out of $70 back.he also complained about us requesting an emailed refund confirmation. can someone please attend to this daycare? they needsome adults.
