Today, shortly after 11 am, was the THIRD time that I came and they were not taking hot food orders because they were “backed... up.” They had about 4 employees or more, I looked at the screen and they only had three orders. The people they have workingthere now are just lazy beyond comprehension, and it used to not be like that. We went to another location where they had about9 orders on the screen, INCLUDING DRIVE-THRU ORDERS, and they were able to take/make our order very fast with no issues, so yes,the employees’ laziness and lack of work ethic is the issue.
