worked here over a month ago left because of toxic environment ever since i left and have became a paying customer my coffees... NEVER mixed and my food is either super burnt or frozen. safe to say i will not visit again. :/ disappointing. Read more
second time in a row my bagel minis have been given to me completely frozen on the inside.
Use to not like this one but it's definitely changed. It's my go to dunkin from now on. 10 for 10 so far on my orders. Make... drinks perfectly. Love it. And they make things right no questions asked. Great customer service. Read more
Horrible experience. I ordered a caramel craze latte with an egg and cheese bagel. I got the egg and cheese bagel at 11:44. At... that time they tried to give me a water and a coffee. I let them know, I didn?t order either of those. A few moments later theycome back and try to give me the same things again! I again let them know that was not my order, so they asked me to pull aroundfront and they would bring it out?16 minutes went by and nothing, so I went in to see if they had made it, but forgot to bringit out?nope?so after waiting in there for more than 10 more minutes I asked for a refund on the drink!
