I work third shift so I was picking up dinner for work by the time I ate my dinner this or was already closed and my food was... incorrect. I called the next day when they opened after I woke up for the day which was evening time and the manager said ithad been too long for him to replace my food because it had been more than 24 hours. I hung up then checked my receipt and hitit not been 24 hours yet so I called back and Henry the manager told me to stop calling! I left a message on the automatedsystem for the corporate office no one has called me back and no one has apologized no one has replaced my food or offered me arefund! Then last time I got food delivered from here was on the day of the found out my dad died. I ordered the grilled chicken meal... with Mashed potatoes, fries and a slice of coconut cream pie. They sent me a piece of chicken that looked like it belonged on asandwich instead of the grilled chicken. I only got the potatoes and no fries and no pie. To say it made my already day worsewould be an understatement. It wouldn't of been so bad if they had given me the coconut cream pie which is the only reason Iordered in the first place sadly. I shouldnt have ordered in the first place because the last few times I've gotten food fromhere delivered something is always missing or wrong. Read more
