Waited over 35 minutes for our food only to learn that the printer had not printed our order so it was never made. The waitress... told us it would be out soon, don?t think she even checked to see why we didn?t have our food. Someone in the back took totalresponsibility but there was no compensation for our time waiting. Also, my husband had to find the waitress to get his coffeerefilled after she said she would get it. The menu is varied... enough but not so large that you know they aren?t just heating and serving. Italian dishes include their signature sauce thoughI?ve recently been on a Caesar Salad kick ever since I sampled their dressing (it needs to be bottled!). This dressing is theREAL Caesar dressing! If you love Eggplant Parmesan, you must try Gabby's version. It is very thin and crispy, and it's has goat cheese and provolone,... and kalamata olives. The bread that comes with it tastes homemade. Gabby's has good service and is a smart place to go at timeswhen other places have a wait. Read more
