I?ve been here 3x so far and the seafood fries are really good but sometimes the tail is still on the shrimp which bothers me a... bit .. there is one lady in here who sat and watched me enter and didn?t ask me if I was ready to order and there was a manstanding there looking at the menu so I figured that she was waiting for him but then she mouthed to me and asked if I was readyand that he had already ordered instead of doing that when I entered. We grabbed takeout from K&J Seafood's new location. Having already been familiar with the shrimp poboy, this time we opted for... the catfish version. Somehow, it was even better. Griddle toasted bun (a change from our last foray, which was a fluffyhoagie), the batter was spicier, the flavors were richer. This may have shaved a year off of my life due to all of the oil andflavor elements. But it's also evidence that K&J know what they're doing with seafood. Great stuff. Read more
