Had to track down a employee after waiting 15 minutes behind a guy who was there 22 minutes before us. Finally had to ask 1 of... two staff that walked past us 4 or 5 times, is there a plan. Reply about 4 empty tables was we're short handed. THEN LET US KNOWTHAT !!!! Read more

Years ago my Dad lived in the area and this was one of my favorite place to go when I visited him. He moved away in the early... 00s and has since passed away, but on the rare occasions I am in the Cinncy area I try to get over here to pay homage. Tonightafter coming back from the Renaissance Festival was one of those rare opportunities. Sadly, like every business nowadays, thehours listed on this page, ON THE ACTUAL DOOR and reality do not agree. While the store itself is open until 11, and the signageall says the dining room is open until 11, the dining room actually closed at 9. We went to Blue ash where we usually order a medium traditional pizza half and half but today we were told they couldn't make... it that way any more for some untold reason . So we left and went to Sharonville where they were glad to prepare our order forus. Don't understand why you would you would refuse customers business. Not real pleased. Read more
