We are staying at the Drury Inn on E. Sharon Road. Ordered a large deluxe with extra mushrooms to be delivered. Was advised... that it would be 30 - 40 mins. First of all the delivery was extremely quick. I'm sure it was sooner than expected. The pizzaarrived hot and absolutely delicious! I ordered a house salad as well and it was fresh and extremely tasty. We are passingthrough on our way to Fort Myers to recover what property that we can recover from our damaged condo after Hurricane Ian. Welooked LaRosas up online and simply ordered. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them. Kudoes to your firm , staffand crew for your high standards. What the heck? I use to come here solely for your salads, but then you changed the lettuce. Not cool. Also, bring back the... Philly calzone, like what are you doing, that was a crowed pleaser. I really don?t like eating here anymore because of these 2reasons, which really sucks. The only reason I will come back now and then is for the kitchen chips and Diablo sauce. Oh and youreally need people to check orders before handing them off, there?s always something missing. Bummer. Read more

Called customer service to place a carry out order for this location but was told they weren?t accepting orders by phone. Asked... if I could order in person so I was transferred to the store. Tom told me that their computer systems were down but they weredoing everything manually & will take care of me if I came in person. I get there less than 15 minutes later (had to wait topick my son up from work) & was informed by a lady working that they are closed for the night. I said I just called a fewminutes before & was told I could order. She said no. Had to go to the Blue Ash location which was out of my way & made me lateto where I was going. I called back to customer service & was told my a mid level rep that this shouldn?t have happened & wouldtransfer me to a higher level rep to see if they can offer any discount. They said no because it?s a store problem, not theirs.Highly disappointed & this is usually my very favorite location. Read more
