Last night I decided to try this place of the recommendation of a friend and was highly disappointed with the customer service... of the owner. I placed an order over the phone & picked up the food 15 mins later. After paying for my food I decided to checkto see if my burger was cooked properly which it seemed to have been but the substitute of fries I got weren?t. They weresaturated in grease and sloggy as if the grease wasn?t hot even when the fries were dropped. Just picking up a fry and squeezingit you could see all the grease coming out. When I addressed the bartender who rung me about the issue , she took to the ownerin a solution. He decided to be combative about $2.50 French fries that could clearly see was soaked in grease as if I waswrong for not wanting to eat them . He did not want to give me my money back even tho I had intentions on eating the other itemi bought . Eventually he did give me the $2.50 back but by that point I was disgusted with how he taunted me about not feelingcomfortable with the fries I left my burger there as well. Martino's was a good spot. I was there for my first time in Cincinnati going to the Steelers/Bengals game the next day. I ate... the pizza and it was actually really good. Bartenders were nice and were working hard all day. I would definitely recommendchecking this place out. Read more
Huge portions on subs, quality was good but not great. Wasn't busy, but service was a little slow. No refills offered for... drinks. Table wasn't cleared and bill wasn't given to us for over 10 minutes after we were finished. Read more

I have been going to this place for years. I go for the pizza fries. My kids love them. I have to say shrinkflation has hit hard... at Martino's. You get about half of what you used to and very skimpy on the pepperoni. Even though the menu says you getmarinara sauce, it sure was not offered. If the waitress would have checked on us instead of hanging out with her friends Iwould have asked for some sauce. Just like other posts i have seen on here, you do have to wait for the check to be brought toyou because the waitresses are so busy with thier friends. I have to say I won't be back although my kids will be asking to getthose fries. I will make pizza fries at home from now on. Read more
