A must try if you are ever in the area (or visiting Findlay Market). Staff allows you to sample the chocolate before purchase -... you can really tell the care they put into their product. Left with a Vietnam/75% and a Belize/70%, which are both wonderful.Both were very rich in flavor and had their own distinguishable notes. They were supposed to be souvenirs, but I couldn\'t stopsnacking on them... Really wished I had bought more, so I\'m glad they have an online shop! It\'s a great little experience inside of Findlay Market. You can try a mini sample of any of the chocolates. It smells... wonderful inside! The clerk was really nice and let us try several samples until we figured out what we want.
