They started offering curbside orders...then apparently they put you at the bottom of the waiting list even though you ordered... long before people currently in the drive-thru line. That is my current experience. Sitting here waiting on food for going on 30minutes. I have a very unhappy toddler in my car because she doesn't want to sit in her seat anymore. Who can blame her? I don'twant to be sitting here any more either. They advertise a 5 minute waiting period with curbside. But that's not true. I'm superticked. I have other places to be today, and waiting this long for food that is supposed to be fast was not on my list. Read more
Hate to write a bad review, but I have to. I hardly eat McDonald's, but I feel like I have to all I get is 10 piece chicken... nugget meal. Whenever I decide to go to McDonald's. And I hardly do. I can't remember the last I had it in under 30 min in thisplace. Weather it's the day shift that tends to be understaffed and prioritizing the mobile orders from different orderingapps. Or at night in drive through. I also can't remember the last time I got hot food. The staff seems to be pushed to thelimit and understaffed or overworked idk. Not only are they slower than a snail they'll take the order of someone else who just cut in line when everyone else has been... waiting for 15-20 minutes. I was getting lunch for my manager because we were short staffed and the other manager was out sick.I decided to go to a different place after that incident. Even my manager said that a different place would be better thanordering from somewhere that hires the rudest employees. THREE TIMES. THREE TIMES IN A ROW THIS LOCATION HAS FORGOTTEN OVER HALF MY ORDER. The people working here really make a great... case for why McDonald's employees barely deserve minimum wage, this is pathetic. If you told me they were spitting in the foodtoo I wouldn't be shocked, this location is a complete joke. I get DD from here around 2-3 times a week. Every single timewithout fail they haven't included a straw. Whatever, not a big deal. On my recent order they managed to actually include thestraw and instead didn't include the fries. How McDonalds manages to not include fries in a combo meal is beyond me. Read more
