Ok, so I don't typically eat at McDonald's at all but my daughter wanted some chicken nuggets from there because it has been... years since we ate any food from McDonald's. I initially drove to the McDonald's on MLK, but the drive thru Line wasridiculously long, so I went to the one in walnut hills. When I pulled up to this McDonald's there was only one car in line, andI should have took that as a sign to leave. I gave my order which was a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with honey mustard, a largefry and large Hi-c, a 2 cheeseburgers meal, add mayo with a large Hi-c and large fry and a cheeseburger happy meal. When Ipulled up to the first window to pay I heard one of the workers talking negatively about a customer not affording their meal.The employee handed me my receipt but it was extremely faded so you couldn't make out what was on there. When I pulled up to thesecond window I waited 11mins before someone open the window to hand me an incomplete order. I received 2 cheeseburgers withoutmayo, 10 piece nuggets with HOT MUSTARD(not honey mustard), 1 medium fry and 1 HI-C. I told the lady I had ordered two adultmeals and a happy meal so I am missing 2 large fries, a HI-C, mayo on my burgers, honey mustard and a whole happy meal. Sheturned around to her co workers and said with an attitude "she (me) said she is missing food from her order, and then closed thewindow on me. 4 minutes later she brought me my happy meal and 2 large fries, I then said ok but I'm still missing the otherdrink, my cheeseburgers were made wrong and I still need the honey mustard. She went back and got my other drink and 2 packs ofmayo. My food was extremely cold. The cheese wasn't even melted on the burger. The food was absolutely disgusting and totalwaste of money. Read more
Every time I order Uber Eats from this location they always mess my food up and I keep giving them a chance but I will not... anymore I will go to the Martin Luther King location this is ridiculous every time I order from this location they mess up myfood they forget my items the food is stale or it's just sloppy and lazy and I ordered an large iced caramel macchiato todaywith extra espresso extra cream extra caramel drizzle and extra caramel syrup the McCafe cups run in a smaller size so if youorder a large you get a medium mccafe cup and they gave me a large tea cup iced coffee with caramel in the bottom they eitherdon't know what they're doing or they're being lazy my steak is stale it's just ridiculous there's just pure laziness going onat this location and it needs to be dealt with Read more
The manager on duty during my visit has NO BUSINESS AT ALL working in a customer service environment, he's VERY RUDE and the ... way he speaks to customers and complains about working at McDonald's is very concerning! But hey, Kilroy Corp only cares aboutmaking their money instead of doing some undercover boss work to get rid of employees like the one I mentioned above.. Worst McDonalds I've been to. Order is often missing items and the service is poor. I just sat in the drive through for several... minutes and finally said "hello??"... am unapologetic voice blurted out "it's a 15 minute wait" That's it. Never going thereagain.
