I made, and paid for a mobile order. I even showed the order to the manager on my screen (we both confirmed it was the correct... location). But The manager didn't want to give me my food. I had to cancel my mobile order and just order at the window. Hecouldn't just hand me my food like literally every other restaurant would when they have a computer malfunction. I had a wonderful experience at this McDonald's last night. I came to pick up a Doordash order, and after about twenty minutes I... was told the order had already been picked up. In this scenario, I would normally then call Doordash to have the ordercancelled, but the woman I was picking an order up for told me her order hadn't been delivered. So, I asked the manager if hewas sure, which prompted him to ask his employees for a remake of the order. I can't remember another restaurant remaking anorder when it had already been picked up, and additionally I was consistently met with hospitality and respect by all employees.The manager, Dante, I am very thankful to for this experience.
