Long time customer no more! I came during what would be the dinner rush, placed a carryout order and had a very unpleasant... surprise at the end of it. 1. In store the lemonade dispenser, the one thing my kids look forward to, was almost empty. And hadscum floating on the top. No sale. 2.The cheesteak I ordered had more banana pepper than meat, by a ratio of at least 10 to 1.One side of the sub had no meat- just bread. 3. The fries were undercooked by at least 3 minutes. 4. Roaches. My carryoutsteak sub order had two living roaches in the bottom of the bag. The bag was sealed until I got home. And I didn't see theroaches until I ate most of the food. If this was a prank, it's not funny. And if not intentional, a deeper problem withsanitation and training needs to be addressed. Read more

I always order extra meat and extra cheese on my sandwich even though it is expensive. The last time they charged me for extra... cheese but did not give me extra cheese. I expect it to be right because it?s a $16 sandwich. The workers seem bothered by me.The were laughing with the customers before me and having a good time.
