This location is 5 minutes away from my home to me that?s perfect when I?m craving Penn Station. Unfortunately, I went into the... location today, placed my order and began to wait. A female employee entered the building went to the register, clocked in andturned to the sandwich station. I got up and said, Excuse me, but are you going to wash your hands?? I said, ?Please don?t touchno food and you haven?t washed your hands.?She looked at me and with a tone in her voice, ?I?m not touching your sandwich.? SoI replied, ?You should not be back there after coming from outside and not washing your hands no sanitizer or nothing.? She thenwalked over by the drive thru window and just stood there talking to the manager who was just standing there playing differentsongs through the speaker from his phone. She walked back around the register again twice, first time to ?grab? a cup the secondtime I said you still haven?t washed your hands, she was saying something I couldn?t understand but by this time the managerdone stop messing with his phone and music selection and asked what?s going on. I told him and he told her to wash her hands.This female employee had the nerve to again have an attitude because he said wash her hands. A simple hand washing. This place has went to absolutely garbage. I have now been sitting in line for 25 mins waiting to pick up food from the window.... While sitting here I asked to add a large lemonade and a large Mt. Dew to my order. While waiting I heard an employee from inthe store screaming, yelling, and cussing at the top of her lungs. My drinks come out it?s just the lemonade, I kindly said Iasked for a Mt. Dew as well, the young woman just stared at me then rolled her eyes. If you can?t handle customers asking forsomething then find another job! Read more
Slow service. Sandwich was cold after it sat for about 10 minutes after coming through the oven. Half of my fries were... basically raw potatoes. Not fried long enough. Maybe they were just having a rough day, but there is nothing good to writeabout this lunch. Read more
This is what we brought home 2 sandwiches. No meat barley any lettuce and on top of that we asked for all meats its a dag... wood.Not to mention I can't eat tomatoes which I received but did not ask for. We call and they say and I quote "I measured itthats regularly how much we put in". Just lowering standards are we pennstation. My friends and family will be taking businesselsewhere. Order my food paid for my food sat down and waited for my food. Then when my food order was ready they call out my name and the... girl proceeds to ask me did you pay for this. Now if she had her looked at the receipt that they put inside your bag she wouldhave saw that it was paid for. Then when I told her do you want to see my receipt she turns around and goes to the cashier andask him did she pay for his food. If I wasn't so hungry I'd have through that food at her and told her she could have kept it. Read more
