Nice staff, tasty Cuon Chay veggie rolls, veggie pho broth taste better with the hot oil and Sriracha sauce in it.
The customer service in this establishment is terrible and neglectful in all aspects. Between my partner and I, we were... originally charged $59.90 including the 15% tip. We both ordered the #17 pho with tripe, tendon, meatball, and beef cost $17.50each. We were served the #15 pho just noodles and beef, this is where it went downhill. I stated my concern to the girl placingorders and the lady cooking in the back, the lady in the back then brought me cut up meatballs????? Lady, I want what I paid forplease, I then asked the Spanish speaking girl at the counter for a refund and she disregarded and ignored me request. Fine, Idecided to call my credit card company and dispute this charge. Then and only then they stated that I have to wait for theowner. 15 minutes later the 'owner' arrived and I expressed my concern once again. They had the audacity to go and look at theuntouched pho and rummaged to see if I were lying. All this in front of other patrons, this was so embarrassing. The owner thenonly offered $35 refund from the original 59.90 total. **** this place. Read more
The prices at first seem high, but the portion sizes are generous. I'm happy there is a new restaurant in town that I enjoy! The... atmosphere is friendly and the staff are very kind and helpful. We will be going back for sure. Two people in my party had #18Pho Ga, they liked the broth and noodles, but said the chicken was flavorless and tough. One of them said the broth made herfeel so happy! They both enjoyed the soup enough to want to go back and try other menu items. Another member of our party had#45 Com Chien Thap Cam, he loved it, ate the entire generous portion with pleasure. I had #20 Bun Cha Gio Thit Nuong (photoattached), very, very tastey, I would for sure order it again! I also shared a #28 Banh Mi Cha Lua and we both very much enjoyit! Loved this spot, was a bit of a drive but well worth it! As others have mentioned it's slightly pricey however the food is 100%... worth what they are charging. The goi cuan was fresh and packed with flavor. The bahn mi chicken was incredible, the baguettehad the perfect crunch while still being soft and chewy, the veggies were great (I'll ask for extra next time cause I love theirpungent fresh flavor) I got a chicken pho to go and was incredible when I had it for dinner the next day.
