--- 09/28/2022 --- Our 1st visit was last Saturday (09/24/22) with close friends and it was an amazing meal! A different couple... friends just came in town and we decided to go back last night (09/27/22). This is always a gamble... will it be as good as itwas the 1st time... did we over sell the food and experience to our friends. Fortunately... Revolution Rotisserie did notdisappoint! Tried the lightning cauliflower, George Washington CHITA and seasoned fries this time. Personally, I despisecauliflower... but the cook plus their Lightning sauce was incredible. Of course the CHITA was amazing too. Unfortunately, noroom for dessert this time, but will absolutely be back again to try their Buffalo and Lightning chicken sandwiches... and thatbird with Peruvian sauce and cilantro rice is the stuff of dreams. --- 09/24/2022 --- My ONLY issue is that we didn't tryRevolution Rotisserie sooner! WOW... this is a true GEM of Cincinnati! The interior vibe is upscale-farmhouse-industrial withfunky pop art on the walls. Their facility was very clean and obviously well maintained and managed. For our entrees, my wife and I shared the Pollo a La Brasa & Bird Of The Month (garlic parmesan) and a side ofCrispy Brussels. While both were absolutely amazing... the La Brasa was hands down my favorite! The brussels were very goodtoo... almost as good as Capital Grille's soy-miso glazed crispy brussles, which is high praise. Tonight was our first time to Revolution and we will definitely be back! Service was great, food was delicious and very... reasonably priced. We went fairly late and they were out of the half chicken so our server suggested ways to still try thedishes we had picked, just with the meat a different style. 4 people in our party and every one of us loved it! Went here for burger week. Got the AMADOR (Chorizo Beef Blend, Swiss Cheese, Crispy Matchstick Potatoes & Pimentón Sauce).... Cooked medium, and you can only get it that way. It was really tasty. Slight spicy. Also got the mac n cheese, which wasreal good. Bar service was slow. Waitstaff friendly and helpful with questions. Parking tricky but spots available on street. Stopped by on a Friday evening for a quick bite with a friend. We both liked the atmosphere and the food we ordered. Pretty good... value for the money. My bacon and avocado burger came without avocado, but it was still really good. Our server was nice aboutthe error and took a little off the bill. I'm good with it.
