I called 3 times to try and get a cake ordered and they have the RUDEST people working their. I would never go to the white oak... location again. Disgusting lady on the phone. Read more
The employees are all rude and not helpful they don?t know anything that is going on. They act like they have the worst job in... the world and they rush u to get out. If u want more info about a cake they tell u they don?t know. I liked their cakes but theolder women that helped us was rude. Dont work in customer service if u aren?t going to be friendly or helpful. I won?t go back. Read more
