I have enjoyed every time we dine in. The floor is always dirty but so is every Skyline. This is the worst drive thru service of... any restaurant on the westside. I was two cars back and waited 13 minutes for a couple of chilitos. The car in front of me hadone box in their bag. There were 10 cars in the parking lot and several left while I was there. Lesson learned, dine in onlyrestaurant. Read more
The waitress never came back to check on us and ask for refills. My husband had to go up to the front to ask for someone to come... fill up our drinks and get us more crackers. Read more
I never ever leave reviews but this time I have to. (I used to manage at one of Gary?s Skylines so I understand how things run... at Skyline restaurants.) I understand things can get hectic and that younger kids work there, but my God, our server did noteven care that we existed. It wasn?t even busy and we had to flag her down for refills. She continued to chat with her friendsat the table next to us. We didn?t even get a chance to ask them to correct the mistake on the order. I still left her a 20%tip, but she did not deserve it. I am too shy to speak up most of the time, but this experience was down right awful. Read more
