I ordered a strawberry fruit tart online with the owner/baker Taren. I opted for a whole pie rather than mini tartlets. The tart... was FANTASTIC! The inside filling was a cream with lemony aftertaste. Not too sweet, perfect amount of tang. The top layer wasstrawberries cut up to look like a floral piece. The tart was delightful!
