We went here about 5 years ago and loved it and couldn't wait to go back on our next visit to Cincinnati. What a disappointment.... The service was the worst - unfriendly and slow. There were no other customers. The person preparing our order (5 waffles and 1crepe) made only the crepe and forgot he was supposed to make 5 waffles. I skimmed the other reviews and see the trend ofcomplaints about service. Poor service has now trickled down to poor quality of the product, because the food was sodisappointing. Such a contrast from our last visit! We'll never go back there again. :( Read more
Delicious waffles and quick service. I ordered the fruit and cream waffle.
Banana and Nutella crepe was great but the customer service was not very friendly.
