The hospitality was great. The service was prompt and bartender/server was named "Dad" and found that entertaining. The food was... really great but I wouldn't rate it as my favorite place to eat but I would definitely come back again. Hell maybe tomorrow? Read more
Most bizarre restaurant experience of my life! Literally found multiple pieces of garbage in our food! Waitress was nice and... helpful. I worked at restaurants during collage and assumed this was a rift between front and back of the house because thegarbage was so expertly disguised and could not have been an accident. We asked to speak to the manager thinking he would beable to resolve for future guests but was given a very aggressive and dismissive response. I hope this is a one off, I?d like tosee this establishment do well in Cheviot. We probably could have done better at deescalating the situation but getting garbagein our food and then getting an aggressive response from management was pretty bizarre. We will not be returning! We ordered a salad, fried pickles, a club sandwich, and a few drinks. We found a wet paper towel in our salad and a dime in... our fried pickles. We did not remotely finish the other food after we found the garbage in the first two dishes. Our waitresswas very nice and friendly. We figured this was a back of house issue and asked the waitress to talk to the manager. I haveworked in restaurants and did not want to put her in an awkward situation. Unfortunately the manager did not take ownership ofthe problem. He did not apologize and instead insuated that we were making up stories. I talked to two other 'managers',neither of which took ownership of the situation or even apologized. They kept explaining how this situation was notpossible. I apologize to the staff for losing my cool over this, but I have never seen restaurant management so unwilling totake ownership of an issue. Instead they threatened to call the police on me. I rarely complain but I also rarely receiveliteral garbage in my ordered dishes. It is a shame. The place is set up very well and my wife and I were looking forward towatching the band that was setting up to play. I will not return. Read more
I am vegetarian and allergic to wheat and corn. I found things I could eat that were amazing. Totally worth it!!!! Fresh... salads, a couple soggy pieces but it could be from the dressing. I was chatting while eating. Read more
